Tuesday All-Star Softball Hitting

At the ALL-STAR level (ages 14–18), hitters sharpen their ability to create true backspin for consistent, powerful contact. They learn to manage at-bats with a disciplined 2-strike approach and develop the awareness to know their approach in different counts and situations. Players also advance their ability to drive offspeed pitches and execute situational hitting, turning them into complete, versatile threats at the plate. These skills prepare athletes not only for success at the travel and high school level, but also for the demands of college competition.
