Mon Pro Baseball Hitting

At the PRO level (ages 11–13), hitters build on their foundation by learning to let their hands work, improving zone recognition, and developing greater lower half control. Players also advance their pitch recognition skills, giving them the ability to adjust to different speeds and locations. With these tools in place, hitters are ready to drive the ball with authority to all fields—setting the stage for the more holistic approach they’ll need as they progress to the ALL-STAR level.
